Circuit Class
This class consists of light weight & cardio exercises set up as stations. Participants spend 1 – 2 mins on each station. All levels of fitness can take part it this class, it is great for toning up & calorie burning.
Yoga-cise/LIA (low impact aerobics)
These 2 classes are alternated each week. One week is Yoga-cise, which is a class combing exercises of both Yoga & Pilates. The alternate week is LIA, this class can be either a step class, interval class, conditioning class or a bit of everything thrown in together.
Muaythai Fitness
A unique combination of physically challenging exercise routines combining traditional Eastern martial arts training from Thailand with Western cutting-edge cardiovascular fitness.
Our classes have a mix of activities which make it fun and interactive, as well as being guided the whole time by a fully qualified instructor. Participants learn traditional Muaythai techniques using hands, knees, elbow & legs. Grappling & self-defense skills will also be part of this class format. We will help focus on training more effectively and efficiently while attaining a great all-over body workout.
