For those looking to add a cardio-based workout to their weekly exercise routine our Yoga-cise, Boxercise and circuit training classes will sculpt your body by maximizing your fat-burning and muscle-toning!
Whether you are looking to tighten up your core, lose weight or gain extra stamina & strength, you will find that our programs will cater for your needs.
By having 3 class types at your finger-tips, you'll be able to mix-up the exercises you perform on a weekly basis - and that's great if you're like most people where motivation and boredom can be factors in sticking to a routine.
Here are just some of our tips for working out:
Consistency: To see results you will need to exercise at least four to five times a week doing at least 45 minutes of cardio.
Strength Training: This does not mean lifting heavy weights and bulking up. The goal here is to build stronger, leaner muscle tissue. Why? Well, on a daily basis, your body requires more energy to maintain muscle as opposed to keeping your fatty deposits in check. So with your body burning more calories each day, you’ll find losing weight and keeping it off a much easier process. Plus, you’ll look good!
Diet: Ok - we're not nutritionists here, but we can tell you that if you want to see results faster than four weeks you will need to alter your diet as well. Simply exercising is half the battle for permanent and fast weight loss.
